TheNorthern Clearwater crayfish - White morph (Faxonius propinquus) 

"The Spirit Crayfish" is Canada's most endangered crayfish, this rare white morph is found only in small sections of Lake Simcoe in Southern Ontario. The morph is slowly disappearing as the invasive Rusty Crayfish takes over the lake. Fortunately, we were able to  help the Toronto Zoo to establish a display this month which houses several mature males and females as well as some juveniles.
